We believe in bettercup and we think you will too.

However, we know that a menstrual cup isn’t necessarily the right period product for everyone and really the only way to know for sure is to jump right in and give it a try!

So, if after 3 menstrual cycles you find that you’ve got the wrong size bettercup or that it just isn’t working for you, we’ll give you a new size to try or your money back. 

Just keep your proof of purchase and after 3 menstrual cycles (minimum 90 days) if your bettercup isn't working for you get in touch with us at hello@the-bettercompany.com.

If you are struggling with your bettercup, don’t feel like you have to wait 90 days though, please do get in touch sooner and we can give you some tips and tricks to get to grips with your bettercup and help give you a better period.

Refund up to the equivalent of one bettercup.

We do not offer refunds for better pads.
